ROAS MAX respects users’ data rights and privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Revoke Authorization

If you connected your advertising account through a third-party platform (such as Meta/Facebook), you may revoke ROAS MAX’s access directly from that platform’s settings.

After revocation:

  • ROAS MAX will no longer access your advertising data
  • Stored data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law

Option 2: Contact Us

You may also request data deletion by contacting us directly.

Please email: support@roasmax.pro

Include:

  • The email address associated with your ROAS MAX account
  • The advertising platform you connected
  • A brief request for data deletion

We will verify and process valid requests within 30 days.

Data Covered

Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize:

  • ROAS MAX account information
  • Advertising data retrieved via authorized APIs
  • Stored reports and analytics
